i would recommened tein flex instead. with the super street and the basics you have a single perch meaning when you lower the car you change the spring rate. i.e. the lower you go the bouncy/stiffer it gets and run more of a chance of bottoming out.

i have the flexes with edfc, no matter how low you go the spring rate remains the same. so lowering 1" or 3" the shocks act the same. although the flexes are more expensive it is well worth the investment.

depends on your uses for the car. If you want a mild drop, and its mainly street use, the SS is all you "need". if you want a more aggressive drop, for the sole reason of mainting the same stroke to the shock, the Flex is worth the extra $$
