So ya Ali was right the sway bar went all the way down so what I did is I lifted the car and took the sway bar out from the top and just pushed it in the other way, but man it was like this since I got the **** car which was about 6 months ago and never knew!!!

Right on, glad you got it figured out. Very common for that to happen with 04-07 STI lateral link setups. At least you got good endlinks out of it!
