everything will swap. the only possible difference ( which I am 99% sure is identical ) is the upper mounts, but from what I have found so far all the early ( pre wrx and newer than 93 ) are the same.

yes it'll fit no problem,
but if you put sedan/coupe suspention on wagon, the rear will sag due to the weight on the rear.
I have kg/mm springs on wagon and it does that, not too bad though, just a little bit.
Performance-wise, I dont see any problem.
