Strut Tower Brace Alone Improves Understeer?

So, I have a 03 wrx sedan. I love it, but i am having trouble getting over the understeer during high-speed cornering. Will a strut tower brace alone improve understeer or does installation of a brace require the whole can of suspension worms in order to see real/balanced improvement? How do people feel about APR performance parts?
Thanks mates,
-Michael

strut tower brace won't do much to our car unless you have a pretty decent setup already.

if you want to reduce understeer try replacing rear sway bar + endlinks. if you have adjustable struts or coilovers, stiffen up the rear a bit or soften up the front a bit.
