Strut noise?

Strut noise?
Every morning when i leave for work i back out of my driveway and it sounds like my car is bouncing on an old matress...
it seems to happen on the left front wheel area and seems to only happen when the strut's cold.
anyone have a remedy?

I think I found the cause of that squeaking. It's that plastic thing over the strut, which supposedly protects the strut from dirt and dust. It's making that noise when it's compressed or twisted a bit. I moved it around a bit, and the squeak is gone. For now, at least..

I used to have the psssh compression sound when I hit speedbumps before when I was on my stock suspension but when I changed my springs to Progress while still using stock springs, the noise was gone. I think tdv is right on whats causing the noise.
