Strut noise?

Every morning when i leave for work i back out of my driveway and it sounds like my car is bouncing on an old matress...

it seems to happen on the left front wheel area and seems to only happen when the strut's cold.

anyone have a remedy?

I used to have the psssh compression sound when I hit speedbumps before when I was on my stock suspension but when I changed my springs to Progress while still using stock springs, the noise was gone. I think tdv is right on whats causing the noise.
