Strut bar question

I just purchased an '03 WRX sedan with 4400 miles on it! The car has front and rear strut bars on it and I am curious as to what kind they are, how much they cost and what people think of them. I've attached a pic of the front one.

it looks like its sti, not sure if its a replica or not

Car Info: 02 Sedona red sedan

I does look like a STi, but i'm guessing replica.
The one under my wifes hood has STi stamped on both sides of the main bar where the gusset is.
Thats right before the bolt that holds it to the pink strut mounts.

It's probably a replica. I don't see STI stamped anywhere. But I'll probably have a shop check them out.

So I've read the replicas are much cheaper than the real thing. There's probably a reason for that. Is there anything I should know about these things? Any problems? This car in stock form handles 100x better than anything I've ever owned so I could pretty much care less if they're even there. If the replicas are prone to problems then I might take them off.

You should have absolutely no problems with them but if you decide to take them off for $$ anyways let me know! I don't need them as the car handles fine now but it'd be nice u know...I'll takem from ya.
