STi-Brake Rotors

I was looking at a few different sites for brakes and nobody seems to have replacement or upgrade rotors for the STi.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement rotors and what the price would be?

Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I did check that site and I nearly had heart failure when I saw OEM rotors for like $330 each. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not but I would guess that going aftermarket may be cheaper.

Thanks for the tip, though!

No problem glad I could possibly help.
I haven't priced rotors before or replaced mine so, I honestly
couldn't tell you if it is a great price but, they told me that their prices
are pretty good compaired to other places.
I just remembered a nother place you can try.

From what I hear Sinister Cobb Tuning will meet or beat anyones' prices.
Are you getting Brembo's or stock replacements?

DBA makes popular replacements. Here's one vendor's thread but there are others in the Vendor forum. No quality replacement rotors for the STi are inexpensive.

I wouldn't expect good rotors for an STi to run like $100 each or something, but like $300+ for each rotor? That's just eye-opening right there!

If you're looking at two-piece rotors with the anodized aluminum center hat, then yes, those are costly. The rotor piece can be replaced when worn or damaged and the center hat is re-useable. New fasteners are supplied by DBA with the replacement rotor pieces since the fasteners must be replaced with the rotor. Those 5000-series two-piece rotors are gorgeous. I would love to have those on my car. Too expensive for me.

You can always go with the one-piece rotors from various manufacturers, including DBA. That's what I have on my car. The STi replacements often cost more than the WRX because the rotor size is larger.

See, if I upgrade I definitely wanna stick with my stock Brembo set-up, but maybe just to a better quality slotted rotor and pads. I think the stock brakes do a great job of hauling the car down but there's always room for improvement.

It's too bad they are that expensive.

My buddy gets a full set of rotors for his z06 vette from napa for less than a 100 bucks. he gets a few track days out of them before they start to crack. I hate him soo much. Already on my second set this year.
