The STi Pinks keep pretty much the same spring rates while the Prodive's i believe have a little bit stiffer rates than stock. Both do their jobs and effectively lower the car about 1 inch. It all depends on if you like a stiffer ride or not.

The STi pink springs are made for STi struts.....If that means anything.
