Yeah, The SVX uses Nissan pathfinder front knuckles and a Legacy rear end. That is why no brake upgrade is possible for that car. The front calipers and brackets are from the Pathfinder. I didn't know that the stock SVX pads were EBC Greens until I looked at the compounds.

The stock 4-pot pads dust really badly. I'm using Axxis Ultimates currently. I like them alot but as another guy said they do dust a bit and they are noisy when cold. They don't dust as bad as the stock 4-pot pads however.

I have a set of the Axxis Deluxe Plus pads but haven't put them in yet. I have the Axxis Ultimates in now and they dust like crazy.

From what I hear the Axxis Deluxe Plus are very low dust and are very easy on rotors.

Well in certain situations, I would sometimes rather have a bit more brake dust than than less stopping power. You never know when you will that extra bit of power when the time comes.

I've been using Endless pads on the front and rear. I don't notice much dust(if any). They are a little expensive though.

I have tried the STI pink pads. Those create a lot of dust and eat the rotors really quick. I know that they are only good for track uses. But I know that the EBC Greens were designed to not be as dusty as any normal OEM pads. I know that the EBC reds are dusty but are only meant for track use or high temp use.

Well if EBC sells their slotted rotors with only their brake pads, then there is no point in them being in the business because that means that they would have to make a rotor for every application out there. I am sure that they have many rotor applications out there.

If that was the case, then why would the stock pads for the SVX be EBC greens. And so far I have seen little or no dust for a while and have not warped any rotors yet.
