Squeaky stock bushings

I had a sqeak in my car for a couple of months now coming from the right rear. At first I thought it was my strut but the car wouldn't make the noise when I pushed on it from the outside. Today I took of the rear seat and checked the strut bolts, they were fine. What I did also was dip my finger in transmission fluid and rubbed that on the endlink bushings and that seems to have cleared up my squeaking. So my question is there something I can lubricate them with on a regular basis to keep squeaking to a minimum, by the way I am on stock struts with Tein-S springs.
Thanks
