Many of the rear anti-sway bars have 3 adjustment holes to suit your driving style. Some manufacturers also offer an adjustable front anti-sway bar.
Manufacturers such as Whiteline offer both 22mm and 24mm rear anti-sway bars for the STi but you'll have to consult with them on the correct part number for your application. The STi was not offered in the U.S. until model year 2004 so the vendors in this country do not show parts for a 2002 STi (although if it is a GD chassis, it should fit).
Should you get the 22mm or the 24mm rear anti-sway bar? That depends on your driving style. The stiffer the rear bar, the less tendency for understeer in your car and the more likely you may be caught out in a spin if road conditions catch you by surprise.

FYI, different manufacturers list their bars different. Whiteline's 24mm RSB lists the middle setting and jumps by 2mm per hole (22,24,26) and Cusco's 22mm RSB is (22,23,24) and Whitelines 24mm FSB is either 24 or 26. Unfortunately I have a regular old 02 WRX (not a 02 STI). I went with Whiteline 24mm front and rear sways and I'm very happy with them. I haven't done a track day with them yet but I've put around 10k on them set at the softest setting and the car feels great. I'll be bumping the rear to 26 and experiment with the front the next time I track the car.
BTW, I'm jealous.
