Rear WRX solid to vented rotor

I'm looking to put the 2004 STi Brembos on my 2002 WRX. From what I understand the fronts will bolt right up. Is it the same for the rears? Is there an upgrade for the rear rotor from a solid disc to a vented disc? Is that all it would take to bolt up the rear Brembos?

Thanks,
Todd

For the rears, you would need the whole parking brake assembly and I don't even wanna know what else. Basically it's an expensive swap. Or that is what I have read.
