Rear Passenger Noise

Okay I have a 04 wrx and recently I installed Front/Rear sway bars with whiteline endlinks. Greased it and teflon tape it so that it wouldn't make any noises. But here is my dilemma ONLY when I turn right kinda hard is when I hear "grind grind thump" The car is not lowered and I have never touched any of the suspension parts. Turning left and going over bumps it doesn't make any noise. Any suggestions? I've done searches and have came back with it might be the strut rubbing on with the sway bar or that stock struts are just bad on the 04's. Highly doubtful it is the wheel bearings or other. But if someone could identify it or have had similar problems and resolved it, that would help out a lot. Thanks in advance.
