Rear Clunking on after market springs and struts

Hey~
So I have used Tien springs on pink sti struts. In the rear on one side there is a clunking which sounds like something is loose. it makes the noise when i take off, stopping, or driving over uneven pavement. When checked, the top mount is tight and the bottom. Has anyone experienced this and if so what was the remedy?

I was having the same issue for a while, for me this was the fix;

but its also possible that the strut itself is bad.
