Brakelines do not effect ABS.
Brake fluids are not created equal. If you are doing street driving and autocross, just about any proper DOT fluid will be fine.
If you are doing track events and track racing, you will want a very high temperature brake fluid, like Motul 600 or Castrol SRF.

Yeah they will not affect the APS and most people get the High Performance Motul 600 fluid from me when the order fluid.
If you are looking for Stoptech anything then I am a distributor for them and I would love to work with you on getting your STi a sweet set up!!
Let me know if I can help you with anything or feel free to email me direct with any questions!

I put the Goodridge Brakelines on last weekend and love 'em. I actually notice a significant difference in pedal feel. This is on an 02 WRX Wagon. I flushed it out with Valvoline Synpower fluid and am quite happy with the overall results.
Stoptech and Motul 600 here. Make sure you dont mix fluid. I had my master cyl sucked clean and then started to purge it out.And the Abs hold alot of fluid so make sure you bleed alot out or you loose the effect of the 600.
