here you guys go. finally i have emailed prodrive myself about the questions and debate u guys are all having about reliability and so forth, and here what they said in reply back to me:

Dear Mr. Lee

Thank you for your inquiry
I apologize for the delayed response
Our springs were designed to work with the stock strut...
The springs are sold through dealers in the UK with a 60000 mile warrantee.
What you do with your vehicle and how you drive has a much larger impact on
the life of the strut

email them. I know there 04 springs are either available now or in the next week or two.

I checked earlier this month and they said later this month.

mm... springs. i hear that dealers are pretty cool with the prodrive springs. Meaning they usually don't void your warranty.

Prodrive springs for 04

OneManArmy -

I have an 04 sedan too.

I saw the other prodrive ones needed mods to be put into an 04. I'd rather just slap 'em straight in.

Please let me know when you find out about the release of the new springs for our new rides. Thanks, man

The new springs will not need modification.....i.e. you will not have to get new top hats. With the 02/03 springs you had to get 02/03 top hats to get them to work on 04's.

The new ones are spec'd to fit. From what I understand like in the past they will not be making a wagon specific spring but the sedan ones are suppose to work just fine.

oh....they got delayed but they said a month again...so keep up with it they should be ready any time now.

the answer was exactly what i was looking for....that having it doesn't void the UK warranty. after 60k, i'm sure i'll be looking at a new suspension.

thanks, Mr. Lee!!!

I have a '01 L (coupe) and done some research on Prodrive springs... and I'm sold! But, I've been running into some confusion. Some sites that sell the springs say that they will only work with sedans the others don't state anything at all. Anyone with Prodrive springs on a coupe? Is there really much of a difference between the '01 coupe and sedan?

Thanks!
Karl
