popping noise?

popping noise?
every day i drive my car and step on the brakes, both front brakes make a popping noise that i can clearly hear from the cockpit.

It's pretty tough to diagnose a noise over the internet. 
Any mods done to your brakes or suspension? You didn't state whether or not your car still brakes normally, other than the noise. Does it make the noise regardless of speed or how hard you press the brake pedal?
