Popping noise

Wsup everyone. I have a 07 sti lowered on cobb springs. Every time I have to go up a steep driveway and take it at a wide angle i hear a loud popping noise and my rear passenger wheel sits up higher than the rest of the other sides. I usually have a two finger gap but that happens i can stick all four fingers in there. After Jack that side up and it "pops" again and it goes back to the usual two finger gap. I don't wanna have to do this everytime i go up a steep driveway. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Are the springs just garbage? Thanks for any input

I had the same problem. My Tein springs killed the stock shocks. Got coilovers and loving them

This is called the sti strut clunk. Take them apart and re-packing them with fresh grease. You can temporarily stop it by taking off the wheel, pulling up the dust boot on the strut inside the spring, and spray some of that liquid wrench lithium grease on the shaft inside.

Believe it or not, the rear sway bar w/ the stock rubber mounts can invert the rubber mount and flip it upside down. Get down under the car and look. I have solid metal endlinks, and they are noisy as hell when going over a curb one wheel at a time (like turning into a driveway, or backing out)
