Perrin Front Bar keeps coming loose!

Perrin Front Bar keeps coming loose!
So it seems every time we check the front end out we see that the front sway bar end links are loose. The connection on the control arm has a mind of it's own. AND today whilst doing some front camber adj. I see that both sides are OFF and the lower bolts and sleeves are nowhere to be seen! I've driving around with NO FRICKEN' SWAY BAR! Last time I saw them loose I put extra lock washers on each side and torque to OE specs...Anyone else have this going on?

What endlinks are you using?
Did you torque the bolts with the car/front end on the ground or up in the air?
