Noise on suspension???

I have coilovers then I just put front and rear strut bars now once in a while when i turn I hear like a pinging noise (sounds like the springs are flexing )Is that normal or something's wrong with it..When i changed my tires i noticed that the springs were moving(you could turn the spring around) Is that normal too cuz the car is low or something's wrong again..

Well, Coilovers are noisy. Mine make all sorts of noise but I have also managed to replace a lot of other suspension components. So while I am not sure about the specific noise you are describing. Noisy is normal.

When you have the coilover unloaded you should be able to turn the spring. Coilovers work differently than a normal strut/spring combo.

The thing is it only makes that sound once in a while when I turn the steering wheel (like to park or turning slow on a street, driveway).

Thanks for the info....
