Suspension Noise

I installed the SPO swaybars (both front and back) around 11K miles. I now have 29K miles and have been hearing noise from the rear suspension for the last 3K.
I had it in to Subaru for other mantainance (I had to get a new ECU becuase the last one threw too many faulty check engine lights) and had them take a look. I know the tech outside of work and wanted his opinion. He said the end links were hitting the swaybar when the suspension was fully extened. For instance one rear wheel in pot hole while other is not. I could see the rub marks on the endlinks and swaybar so they are hitting but I've seen the rub morks before but have never heard this noise.
I took it to another shop (before Subaru) and they diagnosed it as a broken strut. They did not remove the strut to show me though because I was reluctant to shell out the money for new struts as I am unemployed. I have not taken a close look at the struts and neither did Subaru, but that will be my weekend project.
I had not been hearing this noise for the first 15K of the install and was wonder if anyone else had experienced this with SPO or any other aftermarket swaybar or heavyduty endlink?
Thanks
Mike

what kind of noise are you talking about? I've have a mysterious squeak in my car that I have been unable to locate. You should try relubing the bushing on your sway bar and see if the noise goes away before you have someone tear apart the car. I think you would notice if your strut was blown.
Aftermarket sway bars usually have polyurethane bushings which squeek badly if not lubed properly on install.

This is not a squeking, and I do hear that from time to time.
This is a thud-thud when I drive over a speed bump and the rear wheels are not at a right angle to the bump. I hear the same noise when I pull into my drive way or drive on a pothole filled road.
There are rub marks on my endlinks and swaybar where they have hit, but the rubmarks have been there since right after the install, but the noise started a few months ago.
