you can do springs only, springs + struts, springs+ struts+ upper mounts, or full coilovers...
depends on how much $$$ you have and how good a suspension system you want

I second that. But be sure to change out your sway bar to some more beefy and adjustable

well, depending on what you purchase. If you buy the correct applications, the job will take 1 hrs from an experience subaru install shop.

Samething with spring, coil over and struts. Becareful to pay attention to the application that the part is for.
