Need help replacing hard brake line

To make a long story short, I messed up my drivers side rear hard brake line, the one that goes to the caliper soft line, and snakes its way above the crossmember. I'm probably going to buy one from the dealership, but does anyone know if another Subaru would have the same brake line? I.e... a 90-94 legacy which are common at junk yards?

Also, does anyone know how far this line goes? I'm hoping it isn't a continuous line from the rear caliper all the way to the ABS unit.

Thanks

Just by some stock line. A form fit line will cost you 10x as much. Line bender and flarring tool used = $25. Then line is about $5-$10. Then you can toss the line inside the cab or where ever else you want it. Or better yet! Rip that damn ABS controller out and use the line from that. Then you upgrade your system, lighten it and it doesn't cost you a dime!
