my 18's rub w 225/40/18

i have 225/40/18 on 02 sedan the outside edge of the tire is hitting the inside lip of the fender. should i cut it out.

What is the offset of the wheel? Sedan or wagon? Rubbing on the strut or the fender? Need more infro to help you out. The tanabe springs are pretty low but sounds like more of a wheel issue than struts to me, or a wagon.
Roll the fenders it is usually a pretty cheap and easy solution.

sedan im not sure of offset its the tires on fenders. I was thinking of cuting out the inside edge of the fender. is that the same as rolling them. thank you im new to suby world.
