loweing springs for 06' WRX wagon

For those who have them what springs do you like to roll with and what are your guys recomendations. I want to give it a nice drop and stance. I will be rolling on stock rims for a while so I want to get my suspension some what where I want it and adjust fire for wheel size later. Thanks in advance.

Not 'wagon specific' the butt WILL sag. Also, because of the front track being wider in the sedan ~ make sure if your doing struts (and you should since you will be doing all the labor anyway) that they too are 'wagon specific'.

You can go to the Garage and see images of my wagon on SWIFT springs.

No saggy here...Prodrives are one of the few non-wagon spec. springs that WON'T give you a saggy butt look.

There are a bunch of wagon (WRX) owners who run Prodrive springs on stock struts without the saggy butt syndrome.

I stand corrected. If you have 5K or more miles on them ~ it looks sweet!

RMD484 your ride is sitting pretty on the Prodrives. Is that lip you have for 06 wagon or did you have to mod? Still undecided but considering just waiting till tax time and looking for a good set of coilovers. Any advice on which would fit best for 06 wagons? Thanks for all the input.

Thanks man. The lip for the '06 sedans will fit on the wagons...just gotta drill several holes and then bolt it on.

Coilovers range from cheap to astronomically high prices. Some common coilovers on wagons include Tein Flex, Helix DNA, Megan Racing. MR and the DNA's are somewhat on the lower end of the price spectrum, but offer as much adjustability as the Tein Flex's. I may be missing some other brands, but putting coilovers on your car will make it more on the uncomfy side.

Agreed. The difference between struts/springs and coilovers is night and day as far as harshness of ride. If you are not planning on regularly tracking your car, I'd say get a solid strut/spring setup and definitely do some 22 or 24mm swaybars. You wont regret it.
