Just put 2004 STI springs in my 2005 WRX
Direct bolt up. Job took a while but it was my first time on this type of car. Probably around 6 hours total. Next time it should be 3-4 instead.
I was looking for stiffer ride with the least possible drop. This was perfect. I dropped less than 1/2" in front and less than 1/4" in rear. So far... Basically not noticable. The ride is a lot different, and a lot more fun. The power gets to the ground quicker because of less slop. I'll test it for a few days/weeks and make sure I can tolerate it long term. I can always go back to my WRX springs if I need to.

yeah, I went sti spring/wrx struts for a while but then upgraded to sti struts, that's where you'll feel the real difference. The stiffness is annoying at first but after a week or so you won't notice it
