Car Info: Sleeper Much?
It looks like I am going to buy a set of lowering springs, but I am looking at doing the labor myself. I have done springs before using spring compressors and such. Is there anything different about doing the springs on a WRX as apposed to my 98 Escort ZX2?
Do you guys know anything about Progress, or Sprint springs? I had Progress on my ZX2, and they were great, but on a WRX it may be a different story. Give me some suggestions please.

not that difficult if you have tackled springs before.
first off i would suggest some wd40 or equivalent (especially for the rear struts)
if you have access to an air compressor you are already one step ahead. if not no biggie, BUT you will need a breaker bar and some impact sockets
find a buddy to help with compressing the spring and such, kind of a pain in the *** by yourself
gotta any more questions, feel free to pm me
