Yeah the whitelines are light blue, Cusco's are dark blue. The Progress is that same color but the adjustment holes aren't drilled in the same way (they are on a plate welded to a non flattened end on the bar)
Hmmm It's a solid bar right?
I'm at a loss...
Well with the price so cheep I wouldn't worry too much... As long as it fits your car should handle just fine. And if you really find out that the bushings aren't working out it is easy to get a set of better ones... And if the bar fails on you at least you didn't spend $100+ on it...

On second look browsing this forum I found a pic of a whiteline bar in silver... Possibly their new finish since the old ones had rusting problems... So it could possibly be a Whiteline bar with Noltec bushings since I believe that is the color of the Noltecs... If so that means you got hooked up with a bargan:

well i installed it on the stiffest setting... (not a rookie) and its different to say the least
i mean the steering response is there and you can really feel the tail follow even in low speed conering... but im going to taper off the setting till i can get the heavy duty mounts and links... the stock stuff is weak and i dont want to risk snaping it down the road...
but once i get the hardware needed for the stiff setting new brake pads and my braided brake line im going autoXn
