How are Tein Flex coilovers, and the controller

If anyone has used these suspension parts before on a RS, please let me know how they worked out.

Can't speak for the RS but the WRX version is great. Much better handling than stock and spring rate is well balanced.

The EDFC is awesome.

Search on nasioc in the suspension forum.
Lots of info for the WRX both wagon and sedan.
I have an OBS wagon friend that is looking at them for his ride too.

Some picts of my EDFC install (with notes if you click on an image)

There are tons of review around guys - do a search. I would guess there are at least 10-15 threads on these coilovers. They are built well, but the rear pillowball mounts stink, plain and simple (and we are a dealer as well!). 50% of the time you get noise, 50% of the time you don't - its got nothing to do with the install, it is just the manufacturing tolerences Tein uses in the rear bearings, coupled with the fact that the WRX places the rear upper strut mount inside the cabin, makes for a sometimes-clunky suspension.
