Help Needed ASAP!! Tie rod rubbing

Hi guys I just started hearing this loud noise when my steering wheel is at full right a couple days ago after I took my wheel spacers off. (I have ARP extended studs and custom machined spacer to be wheel and hub-centric so I didnt cheap out on it)

I noticed my tie rod is rubbing against my swaybar when I turn my wheel full right. Looking at the pictures it seems that it has been rubbing for a lot longer than the past couple days.

The dealership had replaced my front passenger axle due to something they screwed up..could this have caused the rubbing?

How do I fix this?

The pictures are of the wheel off and the car lifted obviously so you can't see the tie rod touching the sway bar, but you can definitely see where it is rubbing.

Just a couple more pictures so you can see how everything is situated.

Did you try to adjust your end links?

Would making my end links shorter pull the sway bar down and out of the way? is it bad for the end link to be too short?

It looks like yes, if you we're to thread the end link on further, it would drop the sway bar out of the way. Your end links would still be doing the job and sway bar should function normally.

Let us know how it goes.

Well I shortened my end links. I basically lowered is as much as I could leaving no thread visible when looking at the last picture.

Unfortunately this did not solve the rubbing issue. What are the chances of gaining more clearance when putting the end link through the other hole on the sway bar?

Also does this have to do with me adjusting my coils dampening softer than it was before?

There wasn't any noise coming from the tie rod rubbing until after I softened my coilovers AND took out my spacers. Maybe its a combination of both?

Maybe this has been rubbing the whole time and I'm just now hearing noise?

I need some help guys.

Thanks.

Well through my searching I read somewhere that Whiteline had a defective batch of 24mm sway bars. I'm not sure if mine falls under that category. I need to look into that some more.

I've had these sway bars and end links on my car for around 2 years now, why would it just now be making noise?

Cheapest solution I see is to put the endlink in the other hole and grind down the sway bar until you have clearance at full lock. I would replace that tie rod for peace of mind as well.

Replacing the tie rod is on my to do list. I'll put the end link in the other hole and see what happens. Thanks.

Update: Moving the end links to the other hole gave me some room but the sway bar is still touching the tie rod.

I'm just going to grind down the sway bar a few mm to gain clearance unless someone has an idea of how to properly fix this.
