No he didn't kevin... all Tom said is that he'd have to look and "dig them up". I got them right away in the mail though...which leaves me to believe he had a lot left.

I'm not sure why they stopped making them. I can assume it has something to do with their new endlinks so they'll make more profits. I wish they would start making them again because they're a great alternative for those that don't want to get aftermarket links

eric

BTW are the front endlink bushings different from the rear ones? i wouldn't know because i only got the rear bushings

The reason they stopped making them is there was low demand, at least that's what I remember. Also, I think that some people found it tricky to do. I'm not sure why, I thought it was fairly easy but everyone has different levels of experience I suppose.

I am getting endlinks pretty soon. Any suggest on which brand of endlinks to get? I need both front and rear.

BC Huh? Man i need to go back to Vancouver someday and go party crashing again. what an awesome city.

Anyway, I'm assuming you have a wagon because you mentioned needing front endlinks. I'm not too sure about the front endlinks but i believe MRT makes a good set.

I just put on some Whiteline KLC26's (those are the solid aluminum links not the chicken wire ones). I bought them because they're have the same dimensions as the stock links. Kartboy also makes a good set but they don't have th same dimensions as the stock links...they're a little shorter. They all pretty much serve the same purpose so it's really up to you.

What you have to research is based on the "clunking" some people have experienced with the swaybar/endlink combos. I've only heard this happening with the Perrin RSB and Whiteline FSB though, there could be more. Some people believe the clunking with the RSB is due to the fact the bar is set on it's MAX setting and occasionally hits the exhaust.

If you install a FSB make sure you secure the bar on the inside portion or the mounting bushings with a piece of rubber tubing and a hose clamp. When i did this i left about a 1/4inch gap between the Bushing and the hoseclamp to allow for a little "play"
in the FSB. you add the rubber tubing under the hoseclamp so there's no metal to metal contact which could cause more clunking.

I also believe most people experience "clunking" do to the fact they don't grease the bushings prior to installing. If you don't grease the bushings the sway bar may make a skipping sound which acts like a tire not getting enough traction around a fast corner, you know what i mean? people don't realize that the bar moves within those bushings.

So to sum this up.

1)figure out which Front/Rear endlinks you want
2)figure out what type of RSB and FSB you want if you haven't already done so.
3)Grease ALL the mounting bushings and endlink bushings with a white lithium grease or good quality axle grease
4) Add the hose clamp to prevent FSB shift.
DONE!!!

hope i helped a little
