Question Dust shields

Is it ok to take off the dust shields on the front brakes? when i upgraded to wrx size rotors I took them off since they were too small. Is it ok to leave them off? I don't encounter a lot of dust, rocks, & debris in my usual travel. (except for fallen leaves and prob rain soon).

For Street driving, I would recommend that you get the WRX dust shields. They are larger and will bolt right on. They are not that expensive either.

I cannot remember, but I will be sure to ask tomorrow for ya. Btw, let me know when you have some free time so we can install the brake lines for your car.
