Does AP makes rear 4 pot for wrx?

I do not believe that AP makes a rear brake setup for the Imprezas. But they do make front kits that will fit under 16's and 17's. Check it out, www.apracing.com

Well if you are already using the AP 6Pot fronts, then I would say that that amount of braking power is more than adequate.
