hey darkonion,
thanks for your reviews on the types of C.O. setups..Very useful as a reference guide..Im looking into my second coilovers as I had to sell my first one to pay for bills and school..My second choice is leaning between Stance GR sport-GR+ pro or Ill take a chance on the Greddy S coilovers.. But anyways thanks for the reviews an updates.!!

Cool. I hope it would come in handy. Just trial and error. I really like the Stance coilovers. They are a little rough, but it is all good. Just like any coilover set-up that has pillowball mounts, they'll be rough. I have talked to other people about the Stance coilovers, and we agreed that they are not a comfort set-up. They are pretty rough even on the lowest setting. Keep in mind though, that we based the info on the roads in California, which are pretty bad. I hope to add more stuff in the future. It is definitely in the works.

DarkOnion,
Can you make a post in the sticked thread with all the info from your first post. I am trying to keep the first post as a summary of information, and then the following posts be the reviews, impressions, additional info.

I bought mine from Mach III in San Francisco. Henry @ Mach III talked me into getting those. I am sure if you talk to him, he can give you some more info about them. His I-Club handle is dunnojack.

Bump. If anyone in the Bay Area wouldn't mind letting test their set-up, I would love to add more entries to this list. I just would like to ride along for 10 or 15 minutes while I take notes and list down things about your set-up.
Recently had a set of Cusco Zero 2Es intalled on my 04 STi, prior to that I was running stock STi struts, Prodrive springs with Group N mounts. I chose the Zero 2Es because my car is more of a daily driver with autocross once a month. I have not installed the e-con controller due to some questions of legality in the STU class that I run in at autocross. The adjuster is currently set at 2 front and rear, the ride is firm but damps well, much more compliant than the previous setup. There is quite a bit more noise because of the pillowball mounts, but tolerable. For the last autocross that I did, I set front and back at 3 at home as I did not want to fuss with back seat removal at the event. The ride was very sporting, but still decent. At this setting, I noticed my hood scoop/hood area bouncing much more than usual. Ran the first two heats at 3 -3, then upped the front to 4 for the last two heats...felt pretty good with the last run being my fastest. So far my initial response to the 2Es are positive, there is a difference between the settings and I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs the adjustability between good ride and track stiff. So far my wife has not commented on the ride, so it must be good. The only thing she doesn't like is the scraping of the front on driveways, the car looks nice, but I think I have to raise it up a smidge.
I haven't tried the setting at 1, but at setting 2 I would say it would be classified as street. For setting 3 it would be like area between street and race, with 4 and 5 definitely being race.

Sounds good.
Why don't you give me some of your specs.
Chassis, tire size, tire, wheel size, Anti-lift kit, spring rate, etc.
That'll help.

Tire size: 224/45/17 Bridgestone RE070 for auto-x, Bridgestone RE750 street.
Wheel size: 17 x 7.5 Factory BBS for auto-x, Subaru Version 7 street.
Coilover spring rates: 7kg front and 5kg rears according to Z-1 Performance.
Suspension mods: Cusco 22mm front and rear sways, factory front endlinks, Kartboy rear endlinks. Cusco front strut bar, Greddy rear strut bar.
e-con is now installed and I have now tried setting 1. Very nice indeed, perfect for my 36 mile commute over varying road conditions, much more compliant than setting 2.
