you have to bend the line to make it fit. as long as you don't really beat on the A/C line, you'll be fine. i'm working on figuring out a better solution, i'm going to try and replace the problematic section of the hard line with a braided stainless flex line that i can zip tie to the bar.

when i installed mine i didnt really bend the ac all that much. Just put both of the holders on the struts and only connect one side of the bar. Then sorta use it as a lever to bend the line down and it will all fit fine.
