lift kit

just a few weeks ago I took my Impreza L out to Carnigi to go offroading. I tried to go through some of the mud pits that the big trucks were going through, but while in one part I ended up getting stuck and breaking the tranny. Tranny is fixed now but i want to go back and have some fun with the trucks. I have seen a couple older outbacks that have a 3" lift on them but I have a 2000 and I haven't seen anything with atleast a 6" lift. If anyone out there knows of a shop in the Bay Area or some company online that carries a kit please let me know. thanks.

Heehe you want lift. J/K

Well the Teins or i'm sure any other coilover have a really good lift that can be dialed into them. Find someone w/ a set of teins and see if they will let you see how high those babies will go

scorpion has a lift kit for the outbacks and the legacys, not sure what they fit in terms of imprezas and stuff.

even that the most i have seen is 2-3 inches

i have taken my wrx out to carnigie once, it was a lot of fun, it was during massive rains so there wasn't really anyone out there and the guy at the gate let me in for free. lots of mud though, fun times. didn't break anything either
