hey guys. Just purchased some megan racing coilovers. Installed them and got the ride height adjusted pretty close to stock. I have 18 inch rims with 235/40/18 tires. 05 STi

OK My question is:

What is a good rule of thumb when adjusting height. Is there a specific way to figure it, or do i just keep lowering them until my desired height is reached(just before tires wont rub.) And also the spring rate, is this all preference or is there a science to it?

For function, 14" front fender lip to hub's center(loaded), 13.75" in rear.

That's the optimal lowest height setting we can have without skewing the suspension function, thats according to Myles fr. RCE, TIC and other Sti owners, IIRC.
