No, your camber is not affected by changing rims.

yes
lowering springs will affect camber
prolly around a -1.5ish in the rear and front can play with
with coilovers some let you adjust camber so it affects it as well

When I lowered my car, the rear exhibited more camber than the front before my alignment (-0.4 front/ -1.0 rear). For the rear, you either have to get camber plates or camber bolts to adjust camber while the front can be adjusted using the factory bolts. I chose to use camber bolts (less expensive) to lessen the rear camber to negtive 0.5. Hope this helps.
