Brembo kit and wheel clearance

My project for the weekend was to mount my Brembo Gran Turisimo brakes on my 02 WRX. Tirerack's assurances notwithstanding, they won't fit under my ProDrive P3's. (Diameter is - barely - OK, but wheel isn't deep enough to clear caliper.)

Anyone have any experience with these brakes who can advise what wheels will fit? Anybody want to buy some nearly-new P3's?

why don't you keep the rims and sell the brakes????

Car Info: GF8 ver6

Putting spacer might help if you have room between tires and fenders.
Imprezer has Brembo F40 kit and I remember he went through the same issue 2 years ago. Maybe he can give you advice.
I think he has Advan RCII now.

Thanks for the response! I thought of a spacer (I do have sufficient tire/fender clearance), but I don't have much thread on the lugs. Probably another 1/4 " would do it.
