Exclamation Brake light stays on

Hey guys,

For a while my brake light has stayed on, I recently did a whole new brake upgrade (stock size) slotted rotors, SS lines, new pads and I have brake fluid in there, for some reason, the brake light comes on when I start to move. Someone told me it might be a sensor gone bad? Any idea as to how much it would be to replace the sensor if it IS the problem?

Or any other ideas as to what it could be?

Brake fluid is not low at all..

your brakes are not adjusted properly its actualy the parking brake, im in a brake class for auto service tech now and if you did a complete brake job it coud also be that you didnt bleed the system right check those first.

ohh and test your pedal and list the feelings you get from it, is it overly stiff? or is it light, does it go to the floor all the way with little pressure or is it spongey?
