brake lamp comes on (was: little problem)

i just wanted to know if you guys had a problem like this . for some reason my brake light is on . i checked the brake fluid and its there i just dont know how it happen so if any of you guys know how to fix it pls let me know . or what to check for.

It's probably the brake fluid even though you checked it. It doesn't have to be that low for the light to come on. If the level is marginal you may see the light go on and off as you drive, turn, accelerate, brake etc. The usual cause for low fluid is worn pads.
If the level is actually at the full level and the light is still coming on, you can check to see if it's a defective level sensor by unplugging the connector at the reservoir. If the light then goes out the sensor is probably NG.
