Best Springs

What's up everyone? I just got my rims put on and they just make difference in the gapsbetween the front and back even more noticable. What springs are gonna give me the most level look? I have looked around and I'm still haven't found which are gonna give me the best look. Thanks for your input, any pics you have would be great too.

My SPT (Eibach) springs are 1.4" drop in the front and 1.2" rear. there is still a slightly larger gap in front but not bad at all.

Perrin makes a nice spring that lowers 1.9" front and 1.5" rear and has a really nice drop rate for aftermarket wheels/tires. If you want to see pics of it on a WRX go to www.perrinperformance.com and click on the WRX and then the link for the Springs.

I think that you will like it...they will take away the gap for sure!

Let me know if you would like to get a set! The 02-03 are in stock and the 04s are coming!

Thanks,
Brian

Those wheel gaps look better than mine but I think you will need to buy struts also. So if you dont have the cash for struts you may want to go with a little less agressive drop. If you are worried about ride quality like I am (from what Ive heard) the Eibachs are one of the better springs and they work well with stock struts. Ill try to post a picture of my car with 17s and 225/45zr17 S03s tomorrow.

Springs with less than a 1.4" drop, like Eibach prokits, Prodrives, and Whiteline controls all work fine with the stock struts.

Your wheels look like Prodrive GC-06Ds. But now I guess they're Rotas.

I wish they were Prodrive but you are correct in your assumption, they are rota downshifts. Im not saying I dont like my rotas but Im sure the prodrive rims are lighter and stronger which makes them better and more$ (save $ on wheels and bought S03s). My car looks like crap because it rained last night. It usually isnt all dirty like that.

Perrin Springs

How much are the perrin springs gonna wear out my stock struts. I also have a sub box in my trunk for 2 12's so that is gonna add to it. Is the 1.5" drop gonna make my rides rub with the box in the trunk too. What are the chances I am gonna bottom out aswell?

if u just plan on upgrading with springs, stick with something that is nowhere near 2 inch drop. 1.5 is the most i'd go with. heres a picture of the eibachs on stock struts.

You may not have problems yet, but you will. AGX cannot be lowered more than 1.4" or the needle valve makes contact with the valve seat under hard compression. It will wear out fast.
