Anyone got Tein S-techs on ur 05 STi?

Thinking about getting these springs because im getting lazy waiting for the tanabe GF210 for the 05 STi. What i really want to know is how they are performance wise. Like in turns, any curb rashing, how low of a drop, etc....

thanks

Not a good spring when it comes to longevity and performance. The stockers on you're STI are much better than the Tein's.

What are you're goals, how much are you willing to spend and how mechanically inclined are you?

U stick to ur ur stock springs durr a lot better done the tein s-tech springs. I put one in my car and it looks goods but the ride sucks when u a bump. Try to get a whole coilover set that tein makes.

for a nice spring that lowers the car and improves handling we have had good luck with prodrive, STi pinks and the RSR

How much are you willing to spend and what do you plan on doing with the car? If you want a fairly comfortable setup that won’t cost an arm and a leg and you plan on keeping the oe struts I would go with Prodrives. I went with a Koni/Ground control setup since I wanted to pick my rates and have the ability to adjust ride height but that setup is labor intensive and fairly expensive.
