Question Anyone with 05 STI with STI adjustable Struts?

I may consider changing to STI Coilovers( adjustable Struts ) but what I want to know is the range of stiffness range, softer than stock to higher than stock. Would like to soften up for daily drive and be able to stiffen for other ocasions.

Is it easy to change or I need to corner balance each time to go back and forth. I like the idea of TEIN can do that but I don't like the pillowball that is clunking when it hit a bump.

Should STI stuff better engineered and tested to work better than after market coilovers?

I don't really want to lower very much or not at all.
