Its obvious to me that changing bound or rebound for struts and spings will alter how comfortable the ride is. But, how about anti-roll bars? I would guess when anything is stiffer it would rob some comfort, but my guess is that for a stiffer anti-roll bar, the ratio of performance enhancement to comfort loss is much greater than when upgrading springs or struts.
Is that true?

Pretty much. If you are talking about a 20mm+/- RSB, you'll only notice a very slight difference in ride. Firmer links and mounts will affect it to, but nowhere near like struts or springs.
well.........it depends how you hit the bump. If one side bumps first before the other than you'll notive a difference....also depends how fast you hit it. If you hit the bump at the same time, itwouldn't really matter because the suspension is not raising falling on either end, it's compressing and elogating (is this the right term?) at about the same rate.
Am i right? To me it seems to be.......

You mean bounding and rebounding. From what I've learned, a sway bar doesn't effect the things you are thinking off, but chasis stiffness. Increasing chasis stiffness (via sway bars and strut tower braces) lessens the roll and twist of the chasis when you turn. It has virtually no effect on bound and rebound.
My concern was the transfer of energy from the ground through the chasis to my girlfriends ***
I.e. I go over a bunch of bumps, the bumps travels through the car, to her *** and then I get a nasty look and a comment that we should have taken her cushy Accord
Generally with a thicker conduit (like a thicker sway bar) might convey more energy from the ground and toward the seats. According to BAN SUVS that seems to not be the case.

Relatively speaking. Certain bumps and jounces will send a little more harshness through the cabin. Taking a bump kind of sideways to go over one wheel at a time especially loses it's ability to dampen a bump, but going over both wheels at once, there will be no real difference.
