i want to drop my car really low but im not going to be able to make over speed bumps and so fort

is there anything i can put on to be able to lift my car over bumps

i was talking to a guy that told me i should look for air struts or hydros....he said that would be the cheapest way....but is it safe

i would get the praxis bags but i dont have 3500 on me and i dont think i will have that anytime soon

Don't know, but the "watercar" (totally awesome, I want one) goes up and down a little for while in the water and he said he used lowrider stuff. Anyway, what I guess I'm saying is I'd check lowrider forums, and see if you can find anything. Sorry I can't be more helpfull goodluck

from what I understand the air/hydraulics would totally ruin the handling characteristics of the car...basically they'll look cool but be completley non-functional. If you're building our car for show and no go, that's one thing, but quite frankly, if you wanted a car that looks cool, there are WAY better looking cars out there for the money. As I see it, the only reason to buy a WRX is performance...its one ugly car.

I forgot the name of the kit, but there is actually a air ride kit out that that is totally functional and improves handling for the WRX.

no kidding??? i bet its one of those "active suspension" kits where a computer keeps track of hydraulic pressure and adjusts like 10X per second. Is it under $4000????

I would have to look it up I'm not sure if it's that high, and I don't think the actively adjusts it, it just adjusts stiffness and ride height.

I think the Praxis is what you guys are talking about. Here's a link to an article in Turbo Magazine:

http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/03...wrxsuspension/

It is under $4K, but not by much.

Tire Rack has it on their website also.
