AGX w/ springs vs TEIN basic c/o
Ok ive called gruppe-s, asked around, and searched online..
no one really seemed to know.. so.......
i know it depends on the springs, but in general how does the AGX struts with springs (maybe eibach, or perrin) compare with the Tein Basics coilovers? Has anyone had any experience from both? Im looking more for improved handling, less body roll, and stiffness on turns.. but i like the fact that i can adjust the height on the basics. Can anyone give me some opinions? Thanksss

My guess would be that you can get a more extreme performance setup (i.e. closer to Flex performance) with the AGX + Eibach combo since both those parts are probably more intended for racing than the BASIC is; that and the AGX's are damper adjustable. You can probebly get the stiffest ride out of this combo.
With that said, I have the BASIC and I love it. A decent amount of ride quality is preserved while only dishing out a minimum of body roll (I also have a whiteline RSB dialed to 22mm). The thing just doesn't want to stop turning and really feels grounded. And why did I pay more for this? Well, I decided that my wife deserved not to have her spine too serverly damaged, so I knew I wouldn't want to stiffen the dampers any more than what it came with and I also wanted to be able to make the ride height exactly to my liking. I believe I purchased the perfect setup for these needs. I also plan to put my RSB to 24mm soon.

If you were looking for the best of both worlds for a reasonable price, check out the AGX's with Ground Controll spring/coils. The ground controlls use Eibach springs on there own cool little hight ajustable collar deelee(sorry for lack of a technical term). Bassicly you could get hight adjustability with dampening rate.
