Adjust the parking break?

Just bought my 02' WRX a couple days ago for a nice price of 14,600. Anyways, I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the parking break so I don't have to pull up all the way to keep the car from moving. I'm thinking that I may just need new rear brakes, but I want to know if in case I don't need new brakes that I can adjust it somehow. Thanks for the help.

ok open the glove box and get a flat head

there are two plastic clips holding the plastic part aroudn the ebrake on

take the stuff out of the cup holder near teh hand brake

so you might need a flat head pop it out and just pull up.

then you will see the ebrake cable there are two nuts i think (im going by memory)

that is how you adjust it
