I mounted some serious snow tires on steel wheels from the Tire Rack but I notice that the wheel axles are very exposed to the elements with that setup. Do you think it is worth running wheel covers to protect them?

 

only if there are spinner hub caps

whats the worst that could happen? ive ben running mine with out a cap for over a year and nothing has happened
