2002 Impreza OBS brake upgrade??

its almost time for brakes on my 02 OBS.
i know that the wrx has a larger rotor and caliper bracket but uses the same caliper.
i was thinking of going with that route. (if anyone has old wrx caliper brackets let me know)
and the rear has drums....
so i was think of swapping the wrx rears also but i think i need the wrx spindle/hub?
but then does that mean i need the wrx cv axle also?
any help would much be appreciated.

The rears I think is a bit complex as you need quite a few things. I'd probably check over at RS25.com for that.

Fronts, should just need the rotors and good pads (Stoptech SP is my recommendation). The fronts handle the majority of the work, so I'd start with them since it is quick and easy to get a pretty nice improvement (if you can find the brackets cheap).

SGP has the brackets for $112 new https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/p...oducts_id=1152

actually im cross referencing wrx caliper part number with my caliper part number and they are different.. can anyone confirm this? to check to see if they use the same caliper but different brackets and rotors only?

Edit:
Fronts:
Caliper Part #s:
02 OBS #19-2682/19-2683
02 WRX #19-1948/19-1949
03 WRX #19-2682/19-2683

Caliper Bracket Part #s:
02 OBS #14-1664/14-1665
02 WRX #14-1658
03 WRX #14-1664/14-1665

But for the Rotor sizes:
02 OBS - 10.9"
02 WRX - 11.6"
03 WRX - 11.6" or 12.8" (there were two different sizes)

so 02 OBS and 03 WRX have the same caliper and bracket part numbers, but the 03 wrx has a larger rotor?

Car Info: MY04 aspen wrx wagon.
I might be doing a full upgrade on my wagon. All my stock WRX stuff will be for sale shortly after...

front and rear calipers. A full set of stock pads. DBA fronts/Centric rears. Will need to be turned but both have enough material to do it. 2 sets of aftermarket front brake pads.
